No URL, listening to MSNBC. Hillsborough is literally Tampa/St Pete. They have all the teaching hospitals and some residency programs. You can bet their voting for Bush. Duval, also Jacksonville Jaggggywirers(credit to Berman, of course) is a dead lock for Bush. That's where all the military personnel are located. Broward/Dade are Ft Lauderdale and Miami, no ?, a heavily populated minority community, that will turn out the Gore vote.
