mtnlady,

SEBL - it's going to be a gorilla in TWO tornados very, very soon.

Ahem. (Wow! It feels good to write that after having been away from my computer for so long!) I wrote three months ago in my report on the Front Office Gorilla Game that CRM software had enterred a second tornado made up of the mid-tier market and that Siebel's dominant, mid-tier market share made it the Gorilla in that second tornado happening with the first tornado still in progress.

Considering that I took so much flak (not really :) for so long about waiting to declare Siebel the CRM gorilla, Bruce Brown surely gives me permission to be a little sensitive by pointing out that I am the first to declare it the mid-tier gorilla.
