Hi Chic,

Interesting. From what I heard there was a huge problem with drugs in the USA (probably Europe too) during the early 1920's. You could buy a kilo of cocaine at the local drugstore no problem for a few cents. The problem, though severe, fixed itself over a number of years, without legislation. (as far as I understand) Gave rise to the prohibition movement though. Banning things, just gives money to criminals as far as I can see.
