If a candidate wins 750k of the pop vote he is President besides the fact that the GOP should be investigated for election fraud. Once again you make an idiotic statement. What would you say if it was the other way around?? The FACT is that the electoral college elects the president. NOT the popular vote. fec.gov As to your paranoid declarations of fraud... perhaps you should wait to see how it turns out before you start honking off like that.
