This stock's "luck" reminds me of another stock I've owned for a few years, S3 (SIII). It seemed that every time S3 released positive news (as I hope WCII will do this morning), there was a major news story that reduced the impact of the statement. I have read on other sites that the news this morning from WCII is going to be positive (better earnings than expected? new financing? many guesses), but now their announcement is going up against the biggest political event of my lifetime! Well, let's hopoe that the news is good and that WCII is able to get it out effectively.
