This is the most amazing election I have ever seen, talk about a split decision...

Here is something interesting to think about, which could put the election in limbo for another month.....

The electoral college while morally obligated to vote how their citizens voted are not legally required to do so. And there has been precedents where an electoral has voted his own feelings even though it was against the outcome of the state.

Lets consider if Bush loses Oregon but wins Florida which IMO is very likely he will have 271 electoral votes. However, the popular vote is for Gore which may encourage an electoral or two to switch votes.

I think we are going to be in limbo until the actual electoral casts their official vote.

And the new controversy for the next two years will be if we should abolish the electoral vote system.....

Never a dull moment....
