NEWS: Infotopia Announces Actual Revenue for October Over $4.7 Million

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 8, 2000--Infotopia, Inc. (OTC BB:IFTP) ("Infotopia"), announced that October revenue was $4,736,802(unaudited), reflecting the actual revenue from units shipped, bringing the total shipped revenue to date of $6,361,216.00(unaudited). By comparison, the Company, which began operations as an independent entity on April 26, 2000, had achieved only $1,026,566 in revenue for its entire first six months ending August 31st. The total revenue primarily reflects shipped units of Torso Tiger and Torso Tiger II sold between August 18th and September 30th. The October revenue establishes a new monthly record for the Company.

Ernest Zavoral, President of Infotopia stated, "We are delighted with the results. It represents double good news for the Company. We've improved our cash position, which is great, and we've also achieved the credibility as a marketing company to acquire some of the coveted projects that we've signed these past few months. The stage is set for what we hope will be equally impressive revenue numbers for our reedited Backstroke(R) Back Massager, the Turkey Saddle and our new Hot Mommies(TM) System later this month. We look forward to following that with a fourth quarter launch of several hot new products that we've acquired from the Torso Tiger people and others. 2001 is looking very, very good for IFTP!"

Daniel Hoyng, Chairman of the Board and CEO stated, "Although some of the revenue reported here overlaps with orders that have been mentioned in previous press releases, we are pleased that Infotopia is 'old' enough as a company that we can now report actual gross revenue figures. Gross revenue represents income from actual shipped goods. I am very proud of the results our team has put forth and our shareholders should realize that this is just the beginning. By early 2001 we will be actively marketing a minimum of ten products, the September and October results were from only Torso Tiger and Torso Tiger II. I hope these actual revenue results will validate our future projections."
