Hi Merry, APWR will now trying to hold on to rising trend-line support again today..... I am trying to recall the name of the manufacturer without going up on the roof, but I believe it was Solaron or something like that..... In most cases though, the brand does not really matter all that much, as photovoltaic panels are built to last a long time, at least twenty years or more! About your weather not being good enough for solar power, I would'nt believe it. They told me the same thing about New Jersey's amount of sunshine way back in the early 1980's, yet I'm a happy camper. In my opinion, the power companies are lying through their teeth when they say it is not economically possible to use solar power to generate electricity in our area of the country. You have to figure in all the days with partial sunshine in your area also, as counting only days with "total sunshine" can be misleading. Yogi
