KG4-Bottom line is that every vote counts, and that each vote must be counted correctly, and with a vote this close the absentee ballots need to be counted, which very well could take a few days. What do you want, a quick decision or the right decision. Overseas voting-the ballots must be postmarked by Nov 7. Other states aren't as close as Nov, so those ballots probably won't be an issue. Lastly, I think this is one big conspiracy orchestrated by Bill Clinton so that he can stay on for another 4 yrs. Yep, it wreaks to me too.
