I lived in a brewery ward for a while...Come from a long line of bootleggers...My family got through the Depression supplying some towns along the Mississippi River and some big city urban areas in other parts of the country with booze. When I applied with the FBI, I disclosed the whole sordid mess to my recruiting agent who ran down the hall and got a few other agents (younger) to sit in and listen to how this kind of thing really operated. It was hysterical.

Hell, I already make my own beer and wine at home for the holidays as a treat. I can step up year round production. I just have to call Aunt Grace for a few details on scale.

If liquor is taxed as a non-necessity at 10% or whatever watch the revenues of this nation plummet. The U.S. will be applying for foreign aid to Italy, France and Germany and the like.
