Great job on concise notations... Did you happen to listen to the second presentation (...later on the same Vcall program link)? Dave Dutton follows and explains the slides in greater detail and provides the 'factual' basis compared to Brad's more emotional and faster presentation. The greatest revelation is Mr.Dutton saying - "We don't intend to execute on the note"[50mil bond w/Steg] and Steag confirms and still wants to continue. I tried to write these notes but I have now scribbled enough to scrap that and I will try to record this for my info and DD. Good info on AMAT and NVLS and the hierarchy of this segment.
