Maybe they weren't smart enough to master the ballot

Ballots are not supposed to be designed to test intelligence and exclude those that fail the test. I firmly believe that there is a strong basis for a legal challenge of the Palm Beach ballot.

By the way, it was not the less intelligent that failed to vote their wishes, but rather the old, who can't see very well, and who dutifully punched hole number two for the Democrats, just like they have been doing all these years.
