I've been a Financial Consultant specializing in semiconducter stocks for several years. In the last 3 years I've realize a 1000% return(and counting) in my personal portfolio that has been 100% semis. Several of my clients have profits between 150-200% since the bottom of the cycle last summer. Within my client base I have already secured about $2,000,000 from clients that have been investing with me. I want to get paid a % of the profits rather than commisions, specially since my strategy is buying and holding.

I agree with you regarding hiring a lawyer.
