But Buchanon got about 3400 votes where he shouldn't have in Florida, due to the faulty ballots.

Also, on the absentee ballots, we should consider the possibility that the Gore-Lieberman ticket will gain more than Clinton-Gore in '96, due to wealthy Jewish Floridians supporting the Dem ticket. Together with military absentee votes from Blacks and Hispanics, the Dems could do better on the absentee ballots than most would expect.
