What about the 3400 votes in W. Palm Beach supposedly cast for Buchanan instead of Gore by mistake? How could they address this? Give everybody who voted for Buchanan a chance to recast their vote? Or just those who want to recast for Gore? Or let the votes stand? What an amazing conundrum!
