Why is CSCO below the Earnings Report price?

Even the most cynical and jaded bears must admit that Chambers guidance was an unexpected positive surprise. So why has the stock performed so poorly since then? It looked like Ed Forrest was going to make a nice pile of money with his plan to flip the shares he bought at $47 at $60. What happened? Why didn't the street buy in to Chambers guidance? If one is to blame it on the usual creative accounting wouldn't there at least have been a couple more high profile articles about it?

What gives?
