 Heartsoft to Partner with Wideband at COMDEX/Fall 2000
 TULSA, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 8, 2000--Heartsoft, Inc. (OTCBB:HTSF - news), announced today that it will be attending COMDEX/Fall 2000 in Las Vegas as part of the Wideband Corporation (OTCBB:ZWBC - news)/International Academy of Science exhibition demonstrating Wideband's ``Home of the Future.''
 
 Heartsoft will demonstate its complete product line including its new secure children's browser, Internet Safari®.
 
 Wideband's ``Home of the Future'' will be open for tours throughout the show and will demonstrate the latest technology for residential networking, security, network appliances, high-speed Internet, and even hydrogen energy. Included will be an Electronic Library Pavilion, which will feature educational content servers developed for the curriculum enhancement and distance learning needs of schools and universities. Heartsoft's 36 titles within the K-8 Library, Thinkology(TM), and Internet Safari(TM) will be featured on a dedicated education content server demonstrating Wideband's Electronic Library.
 
 In July 2000, Heartsoft signed an OEM licensing agreement with the International Academy of Science to deliver Heartsoft's educational software on custom high-performance content servers across a network directly to a student's desktop. Heartsoft will receive revenues based on the total number of licenses sold.
 
 COMDEX/Fall 2000 will be held from November 13-17, 2000, at the Las Vegas Convention Center/Sands Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. The event will feature more than one million net square feet of exhibit floor space. The Wideband Corporation exhibition will be featured in Booth L5628.
