AlGore the Junior will ultimately lose FL.

THe only real chance for Algore is for electors to switch their allegiance. I haven't heard this scenario yet, but it is plausible.

In only a handful of states are electors required to vote for the winner. I remember Ronald Reagan received one electoral vote in either OR or WA in 1976 even though he wasn't officially running in the general election.

btw, Bush will take OR and I suspect the results in WI to be challenged by Bush, as he still can pull that one out.
