Mindready files preliminary prospectus in connection with initial
public offering

Mindready Solutions Inc., a subsidiary of NURUN Inc. (TSE: IFN),
filed a preliminary prospectus with the securities commissions in
each Canadian province in connection with its initial public
offering of subordinate voting shares.

The offering is being underwritten by a syndicate led by RBC
Dominion Securities Inc., and includes CIBC World Markets Inc.,
Yorkton Securities Inc. and Desjardins Securities Inc. The net
proceeds of the offering will principally be used to support
Mindready's acquisition plan.

Mindready's headquarters are based in the Montreal area, Canada.
Mindready also has offices in England and in Northern Ireland, and
currently employs approximately 400 people. Mindready is a
leading supplier of test engineering services and real-time
communications solutions for embedded systems for the
telecommunications, aerospace and multimedia industries.
