You had the opportunity to explain several times who you really were but you never did. Lets face it, you’re a phony. Your agenda was well know by everyone even your peers. You asked me what’s my beef? I have none but I find it disgusting when a person is not proud enough of his name to stand behind what comments he provides. Give me one good reason that you didn’t admit to Poststyle that you were Bux? It’s very clear that even you were embarrassed for Once’s purpose.

Now you said Perhaps we should just look at licensing and strategic partner revenue for the most recent 9 months? That is $31 million compared with $56 million from the year ago 9-month period.

Now the figures you posted don’t show real growth because they contain one time licensing payments and don’t provide the real picture. Well as you like 9 month figure here’s the growth that shows increased sales of product that contain IDCC IPR.

Recurring for 9 months of 1998= 0.5 million

Recurring for 9 months of 1999= 3.8 million

Recurring for 9 months of 2000= 19+ million

Now that's real growth and when the rest of the up front payments are exhausted it will grow even faster. IDCC's Asian licensees are capturing market share every day from Europe and all will contribute for years to come.

You really should go fishing for real fish
