It doesn't appear that anything anyone says that disputes the telecom capex slowdown is going to do any good.

For some reason Wall St is intent on punishing this sector w/out any limits.

I liken this to the declining ad revs scare that sent Yahoo down sharply but for some reason, nobody talks about declining ad revs anymore and Yahoo is up almost 50% from the recent lows.

Unlike Yahoo though, the F/Os continue to get punished over an extended period and nobody seems to want the let go of the telecom slowdown theory.
