I don't know about you, but I was pretty excited to see organized labor, a/k/a the common working man and common working woman, make a big difference in at least two states, Michigan and Pennsylvania. Just like the old days. Been a while since we've seen that kind of mobilization. God bless the UAW. I think GM and Ford ought to be saluted for saying yes to contracts that allow union brothers and sisters the day off (with pay) to practice civics. It's a win-win for the members, their employers and America.
