I did not say that they were all military. I do not, indeed, know the number, although I have read there is an unusual number of military personnel claiming residence in Florida. Indeed, around Annapolis, with a Naval base and the Academy, I see Florida tags on cars all the time. In fact, what I said was that since turnout was greater than expected, it makes sense that the number of absentee ballots was greater than expected. I mentioned the military as a possible answer to a different question, namely, why were Republicans sure they led........
