Dear Bosco: No, thats not what I was thinking of but that doesnt pass the SMELL test. First off, that area was totally controlled by Democrats so certainly no indication of Republican doings. Secondly, wouldnt you think it would be very easy to get an empty ballot box and STUFF IT with ballots AFTER THE ELECTION and out of sight of anyone. Third, You wouldnt want me to say what I think of Alcee Hastings and his honesty.

What I was referrring to was an eyewitness who told me that the Democratic Party was offering $70 for absentee ballots (blank of course) in Dade county Spanish neighborhood. The person who related this information to me was a retired Cuban Schoolteacher whom I do not know, but she certainly appeared respectable. JDN
