Bosco there are 30,000 absentee balots from overseas military. These are most like Bush votes but who really knows. Where are these ballots? What if something happens to them. What if we have a dead tie? What is votes are missing from some precints as suggested on CNBC this afternoon? None of these outcomes are likely, but now the market will be on jitters due to unceratinty.
