invite irresponsible and apathetic voters to participate...
They have a role in this country too. Just because it's on the internet does not mean it may not have some prior activity, like registration to weed out the completely clueless. It's just that the actual vote could be finished accurately, moments after the final poll closes, from anywhere in the world. Just need to work out issues like identity theft (or kidnapping for votes).
