UF I think revoting in that county would be a big problem. Folks that honestly voted for non Gore/Bush candidates (mostly left of center candidates no?) would very likely change their vote to Gore due to the close election (lesser of two evils theory). This would start a cascade response. Bush followers making claims, Gore followers counter claims. No - I don't think it's a good thing at all. If you've seen a copy of the ballot I don't think it's that hard to figure out. Big arrows go from the candidates to the proper hole to punch out. If we allow this one to be redone what about all of the other 'confused' people out there! Plus it would land this whole thing into the courts and drag it out. Not good. Fix the ballot on the next election.
