UF, will all respect to your 83 year old mom, and accepting that she believes she voted for the wrong man, this is an issue for the next ballot design, not a legal case on a re-election. A cornerstone of our Democracy is the SECRET BALLOT. I don't know who your mom voted for, you don't know who she voted for, only she and God knows. Unfortunately, the lawyers will use an unfortunate situation to attempt to overturn one of our most imporant methods of guarding the "one-person one-vote" system.
