Sample ballots were posted in all local newspapers and passed out in line. Anyone is allowed to ask questions of election officials prior to or during vote. Dem's outlawed competency exams for election purposes some time ago. I feel for those who voted for the wrong person, but we are not here to prevent the error of ballot interpretation. JMO. Dutch
