Maybe, but I think the NASDAQ is just moving downward because it is grossly overvalued. Just look at the big-cap NASDAQ stocks like CSCO and AOL and you can see that there is plenty of downside left in this index. And it's not just that it's currently overvalued. We are still moving down from an absurd high of 5000. Remember that excessive overvaluations are always followed by excessive undervaluations, and you won't be surprised when NASDAQ dips to 1500 before year end.

Of course there will be wild upspikes during the decline. The smart money will be selling on those spikes.
