Throwing out the suspect ballots is the same as letting the ballots stand as they are. I am against all legal action - takes too long and is going to open up a huge can of worms that will be devisive to the country. Keep the lawyers out of it. .. Oops .. I can't say that.. 1/2 of the candidates are lawyers.. <g>
