Some TV heads have been claiming there are over a thousand Florida residents living in Israel, suggesting that these will benefit dems. Question - I know military voters overseas have extra time to get ballots in as long as they are postmarked by election day. I am unclear if the grace period is extended to other US citizens living overseas by their own choice. I believe the vast majority of absentee votes must be in by election day. ????? M
