Michael Fitton has been appointed as president of Multi-Tech.
Mr. Fitton brings over 20 years of experience in directing, managing, and
developing businesses and technology companies. As a principle of Advanced
Capital Investments, Mr. Fitton specializes in start-up ventures, mergers,
acquisitions and shareholder enhancement in the technology field. Mr.
Fitton has a strong background with successful ventures in the technology,
education and real estate sectors. He was the founder and former president
of Unified Systems Solutions, Inc., and has held senior management
positions with Computer Horizons Corp., General Logistics International and
Manof Communications Systems. Mr. Fitton began his career in research and
development at Bell Laboratories.
"I look forward to the opportunity to contribute to the growth of William
Multi-Tech. Multi-Tech has made investments in some exciting companies. The
management teams of our partner companies are strong. We have a significant
opportunity to add value to our partners as well as Multi-Tech," stated Mr.
Fitton.
