I will add to Uncle Frank's note, my uncle lives in Palm Beach. He is in hi 70's and still running his own business. He did vote for Buchanan and it was by mistake. Palm Beach was theonly precinct in Florida to use this "butterfly" type ballot. Gore was listed no. 2 on the ballot and you had to punch the third hole. There is no ploy here. Do you really think a bunch of jewish folks were going to vote for Buchanan. Buchanan got about .25% in the state of Fla. but almost 1% of a precinct area predominatly Democrat and Jewish. This lawsuit is no ploy but I doubt it will get anywhere. Bush will win the electoral college by under 2000 votes with the help of a few thousand votes accidently cast for that idiot Buchanan and by losing the popular vote. Heck of a mandate to do the things the republicans are about to do to this country. Hope Nader is proud of himself.
