Here's a good site updating the county by county Florida recount (26 counties complete):

It's interesting that there does appear to be a problem in Pinellas county, where Gore picked up 465 votes (Jim McMannis - any idea what's going on?). Doing the current math, Bush has 2,909,311, and Gore has 2,908,190, or just over 1,100 difference. There are only a few large counties left (Palm Beach, Orange, Volusia), so Bush looks safe, unless the overseas ballots unexpectedly go for Gore.
