"Election officials said 19,120 ballots in the county were nullified because they showed more than one vote for president." "Buchanan got 3,407 votes for president in the heavily Democratic county Tuesday, more than he received in any other Florida county, according to unofficial returns." Folks, this suggests that perhaps 80-90% of the Buchanan votes should have gone to Gore, IN ADDITION to the vast majority of the 19K mentioned above. It's bizarre beyond belief, especially since the ballot they used apparently was not laid out legally.
