You say that "making a secondary look better" is not "deceptive"? What can be more deceptive than attempting to withhold pertinent financial information from a buyer?

It appears to me that the timing of the disclosure in the 10Q may cure the deficiency in the offering prospectus. But it seems to me that the company could have been much more candid about these activities much sooner - perhaps in the quarterly conference call - and saved itself some embarassment.

Regardless of the propriety of the timing of the disclosure, the market is simply reacting to the news. Whether it raises an issue of credibility or trust is pure conjecture on my part. I am not an institutional investor.
