Turned down buyout offer of $4.25 a share because they feel company is worth much more than that. That at least is an indication from management that they feel that lpac is oversold at this point. Problem is that the market didn't believe in the buyout offer so besides the original spike in price on the announcement, share price has stagnated here. Revenues down slightly this present quarter as are earnings but with a decent explanation from management. Definitely more upside at this point. Any other opinions? Neal
