Elmer - Re:"I pointed out that actions could be illegal but not thoughts." Reread my posts and you will see the discussion of actions, nicely highlighted by you. It is a cute little trick - deceptive also - to change the discussion to pure beliefs when the issue is actions based on beliefs. Answer the question: Is it, or is it not correct that expressing the belief in the workplqace that "women belong in the home" is an illegal act? A simple yes or no will do just fine. No duck, bob, weave and change the subject is needed.
