I think the point of my comment might have been missed. (Yeah, I know I'm gonna hear from Frank that if it has to be explained, ya da ya da ya da.)

It really is absurd that anyone would vote twice on the same ballot. I realize that voting is an intimidating process for some, but surely everyone knows that there can only be one vote per ballot. As nothing more than fodder for a few jokes, I'd be interested in knowing the political parties the people belong to who voted twice using one ballot.
