If this issue were about a concession the election would be over, as Gore conceded once. Who can help it if he is an Indian giver? Let the electoral college decide. I think they can vote how they want in the end, and are not required to vote a certain way, or are they? Or let the House of Representatives break the tie, as in the case of an Electoral College tie.
