Hi , I spent a couple of hours in EDGAR trying to find out about this company, From what I can make out they cut salaries ,sold some equipment with a lease back arrangement,and are apparantly paying bills with stock. Other than that its a losing proposition.The only positive that I saw is they hired someone to take control and he is going to get paid mostly in stock.I dont know very much about this Orlando business But the price was steep and will put a lot of pressure on the company. I also dont get the connection between them and Fonar. Any thoughts? Arnie
