If I lived in the mid west I would have some concerns. For example Gore wins Pa however it was the City of Philadelphia
with 97% of black vote going for Gore. It appears Jesse Jackson coming here on election day really did help bring out the vote. Now if I live in small midwest state does that represent my feelings on a level playing field. To me it says the large cities now carrying the control of who will be elected if you take away the elect. college. Just my thoughts and you may be right how you think.
