More proxy information - IMPORTANT

(from 1995 Gravis proxy)

"A proxy will not be valid unless the completed form of proxy is received at the office of the Company's Transfer Agent and Registrar, Montreal Trust Company of Canada, 4th Floor, 510 Burrard Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, V6C 3B9 not less than 48 hours (excluding Saturdays and holidays) before the time for holding the Meeting or any adjournment thereof."

Note: this form of proxy was sent out in mid May last year. Again, Gravis has waited until the last possible legal moment to provide you with your proxy and is counting on you NOT to respond. Also, DO NOT return your proxy to the proxy dept. with your brokerage firm!!! SEND IT ONE DAY MAIL REGISTERED RETURN RECEIPT TO THE ABOVE ADDRESS!
