Hey Cal, I only said KD cause I thought it was a bit of a no brainer to buy CLQ at $15 the other day, only to be surprised by the continued decline in the stock. I say KD, because many of the stocks I favour, such as DMX, have been crumbling lately. You said, "And by Nov. 9 of this year, the carriers are required to tell the world how they'll achieve E911 capabilities, including which technologies they'll use and which companies they'll work with." And "CLQ doesn't see any significance when telcos make their declarations to FCC tomorrow." I do, if the majority of the telcos says they are using CLQ, that can only help. And if they mention competitors instead, that will be bad. Wouldn't that be an endorsement of the company if the telcos mention CLQ? Perhaps I don't understand your meaning.
