Don't forget that if the suits go all the way up to the Florida Supreme Court the United States Supreme Court will probably grant a writ of certiorari, and the Supremes are mostly conservatives - Rehnquist, Scalia, Thomas, O'Connor, all hard core and to a lesser extent Kennedy and Souter.
