Amy, the term you used was "illegal". I pointed out that a company can restrict speech at the workplace but that is a matter of policy, not law. You are just repeating what I already told you.

Why not just admit you made a poor choice of phrasing and you didn't mean that simply holding the belief was illegal but acting on it is. We'd be in agreement then.

"Does Bush JR share this same belief with his Dad, which is fortunately an illegal belief to have in today's Corporate America".

Thoughts and beliefs are not yet a crime in America, however I get the feeling that if given the chance, some people would like to change that.
