I think the junk bond market and the internet sector is VERY different now compared to back then. As I said, aside from financing issue, the real problem with Psix is that it's business model does not generate enough margin to support a heavy infrastructure business. Hosting has good margin but unfortunately, the bulk of their revenue comes from wholesale & access business where their margin of 25% is totally inadequate.
