Um, please clarify for the record - who are the crims in the case of GUMM?

Not sure what you're referring to ("especially in your case"?), but I have never gotten any part of my body kicked in a scam stock and I know enough about GumTech's business to be comfortable that I am not gambling. You'll see soon enough.

I do find it entertaining to follow scams, and after many years I pretty much know one when I see one. There's nothing scammy about GUMM except the way short sellers (not necessarily you guys) have manipulated the stock price. I'm confident that it's an endgame type strategy.

Although your online persona is generally obnoxious, I have no quarrel with many of your choices of targets - stocks like TMRT and HITT. Even CYBR, which has real technology, has iffy management that did a series of stupid things. With GUMM, you have said absolutely nothing to show that it's anything but the good small company, albeit with a checkered history and inexperienced management, that I know it is. Clearly you saw an opportunity to make a few bucks, and took it. That doesn't give you the right to make knowingly false statements, many of which are just this side of actionable.
