<<Safety Check Road blocks infront of
polling places in minority areas;>>

No friggin way even the governor can order this without proper justification. You obviously have no clue. I do conduct some traffic studies my self. I know how it works.

<<Design a voting punch card that is confusing, but use
it in only one county, with majority of Dem. voters;>>

You are wrong - the punch card was designed by a democrat. She is not just a citizen - she is a democratic activist.

<<Absentee ballots that have to be witnessed and mailed
one week before the election--this is a variation of the
theory that all is lost that you can't control. Lay down
heavy fire and see who's left (it will probably favor
anal republicans rather than impulsive Democrats).>>

Are you saying the postal department, say in Germany, will favor Republicans over Dems so they can NOT send Dem votes to US. Simply ridiculous.

That said, GOP is perfectly capable of rigging and so do Democrats. GOP did just that in SC against McCain. But, then they were against their own party people. Not the Democratic goons. The odds of GOP goons rigging while Dem goons keeping a watch are next to nil. IMO!
